The Noosa Futsal League runs at the Noosa Leisure Centre on Sunday afternoons from October to March.
The competition is organised by the Sunshine Coast Futsal Association. In the 24/25 season a total of 27 teams competed, with 160 competitors in 8/9, 10/11 and 12/13 year divisions.
The games last 20 minutes per half, with a two minute half-time.
They are refereed by qualified referees and follow the FA Futsal Laws of the Game.
The Noosa Futsal League has 15 rounds: ten in Term 4, and five in the first half of Term 1.
There is a break for the Xmas/NY holiday. The League culminates in playoffs and finals in the first week of March.
The cost of registration for the 25/26 season is $370 for the 8/9 division, and $400 for the 10/11 and 12/13 divisions. This is reduced by $200 Play On vouchers, working out to about $12-$14 per game.
Gweela FC enters mixed boy/girl teams in each division.
We provide free strip (shirt, shorts and socks) and a slot for professional futsal training by Real Brazil. Our players make very fast progress.
